Enhancements

NOTE: You must re-install IntelliForms to get the latest version  2010.1.19 with access to 2010 forms.

General Enhancements:

• The Application Launch has been modified, allowing multitasking during launch.
• A new 'Client Copy' Watermark feature lets you print a watermark on the forms.
• When the application is not launched in Full Screen mode, IntelliForms will launch the application with a new height and width allowing you to see all features.
• The "Uncheck All" feature in the Print Manager makes it easier to clear the selected forms for custom printing needs.
• An additional form set has been added to the application for (tax) Nexus Forms. Now a total of 600 forms are included in the nexus package, approximately 200 of which have been added this year.

Performance Updates:

• You can now download the 2005–2010 forms data faster; the data for these forms have been completely rewritten in order to improve overall performance.
• New option to turn off automatic updating.

New Client View features including:

• The "apply last selected profile" feature to reduce the number of clicks required when applying the same profile to multiple forms.
• A PDF toolbar icon for faster creation of PDF versions of a form or forms for the active client.

New Blank Forms Manager features:

• A Print Forms toolbar icon, which provides easy printing of select forms without creating a client.
• A Toolbar Icon for the Online Library of PDF forms, instructions and publications.
• A Toolbar Icon for the Forms Release Schedule.

New Client Forms Manager features:

• The ability to mark a form as complete, so that any subsequent form update or revision to the form will not be applied the next time the client is opened.
• New "Move and Copy Forms" bar buttons to make the feature more visible and provide easy access. You'll also be able to duplicate a form (and its data) within a client.

Profile Enhancements:

• The Client Number has been added to the individual profile grid and the business profile grid. Additionally, the state ID and contact name have been added to the business profile grid.
• We have added client profile functionality – 22 additional fields have been added to the seven client profiles. Additionally, you'll now have the option to print a client profile just like you print client forms!
